You must be 18 or older to use Waddle.
Waddle is a coordination tool for meeting people at public venues. We do not run background checks or verify identity beyond phone or email sign-in, and we do not vet or supervise the people you meet. Meeting people arranged through the app is at your own risk: meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, and use your judgment. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others.
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the service.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You can appeal any enforcement decision at contact@waddle.nyc.
Waddle is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waddle is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from in-person meetings arranged through it.
